Dinner with the CEOs and I crapped out!
Had dinner last night with two of the CEOs of the company I worked for at an ITALIAN restaurant, I did not want to be THAT woman who only eats salads...so I ordered what I thought would be a healthy alternative and man o man...what a mistake. When the waitress handed me the plate I KNEW I was in trouble. I ordered Chicken Marsala, BUT they TOSSED it in the penne pasta! added onions! and drenched it in the marsala reduction which was loaded with sugar! I could not, at that point, not eat the food with them sitting there so I gingerly tried to scrape the sauce off the chicken and eat around the pasta. And then, OH how did this happen?? I ate a piece of garlic flat bread WITHOUT EVEN THINKING about it! I did not even realize it till tonight as I am going over last night in my mind.
(head bowed) Body please forgive me...back on track and the only craving is to stay Atkins friendly!!

I had my dinner with my CEO last night too,
I knew and I give a thought so much during the day, searched on the Internet, about what I'm going to eat without look so stupid that I'm on diet.haha
So I decided to having Grill Salmon, with green beans and lemon butter sauce (separated),
so not so bad,
Maybe you could do that before so you not on trouble anymore :D

Sounds like a good idea but I just did not have the time to research their menu before I drove there ( a stupid hour and a half drive in the snow!)

You did the best you could with what you had in front of you. It's a learning experience (beware of the bread, it's sneaky lol), not a failure. You're back on track now and it'll be fine. Just keep going :)
