Monday 11th January 2016. My Weight is 166lbs. The weight started to go up bit by bit when I gave up smoking in 2002. I have always struggled to keep my weight down and the cigarettes did help. I love my food and I know that I will find it hard but I am going to do my best .I want to do it slowly otherwise I fear I may give up. I am retired. I live in England. My goal is get to 133lbs. May take a year or two.
Ps I did want to write something about myself on my 'front page', the one with my photo on but I don't think there is an edit button.
New to this site and find it difficult to navigate but I expect I will slowly get used to it. Lily100
