Was very proud of how I did on my 4-day vacation last weekend, but it still appears to have stalled my loss, even though I didn't gain any weight. Trying to get back on track and another 4-day trip away from home coming up tomorrow, will be making a Wegman's trip to be sure I am prepared and bringing sneakers to get some walking in. An avid coffee drinker, I am careful to bring splenda and heavy cream with me where-ever I go now LOL...

Grats for keeping your weight loss goals in mind while on holiday. You could have just binged like so many would have but you chose a better path and life as well as weight loss is all about the choices you make. Perhaps your weight loss stalled perhaps not give it a week or so for your body to readjust after those trips away and then see.
