Feeling great! Had a crazy work out with my trainer this morning, I thought I was going to pass out!! I'm super proud of myself for completing the circuit. This is the first time since I've been trying to loose weight, that I'm actually following the meal plan, along with exercising. I've had two personal trainers in the past, and I lost weight. But I never really followed the meal plan. I figured, hey I'm exercising so I can eat what I want.......and I did loose, just not as much as I could have. I want the dramatic results,and I want it now! So i'm getting it, now! No excuses, no short cuts. I have everything I need to get what I want. It is truly up to me and within my power! And its within yours ........so let's get it! Y.O.L.O!!
