Hi guys, I'm back and fatter than ever, and older. Well it's the truth. But I feel great, I have a new leaf on life, learned some new tools, and this time I'm here to get the weight off. One day at a time, no more excuses!!!!!!!! No more fad diets, I'm on a 21 day to a better me journey, not by dieting, but by learning & implementing new, healthy habits in my life. If it is to be, then it is up to me. And I have everything I need to make it happen! I have a new millionaire mindset, and I'm ready to look like I feel.................great!!!!!!!!!

Well, I hired a personal trainer. He put me on a meal plan. I started today. I'm happy because I actually followed it, for the most part anyway. I fasted until 5,had a low cal dinner. Did my exercises I instructed to do, I did only one set today, I will build up to three. I drank my water. I did it, day one has a been a success, bring it on!!!!!!!!

I measure my success by the day, if i'm successful for one day, then I have met my goal, everyday I start all over again.

One day at a time! :) What has helped me this time so far ;) was doing just that. One goal per month, and letting go of doing it ALL starting Jan 1st. I also made a list of foods I really like the taste of that happen to be healthy, and working many of them in. You've got this. Make it your own, and own it. :)

Good luck, just remember every morning that you're in control and think carefully about everything you eat. Check in daily to hold yourself accountable.
