Last night I jogged almost a mile with my 15 year old. It was crazy hard for me, someone who DOES NOT jog! But, I'm glad I did it. We walked for a few blocks, just to catch my breath, but for the most part we jogged.
I've been slacking terribly on this lifestyle change. I haven't been checking my blood sugar (because I know it will be bad). Can't hide it though from the doctor when he checks my 3 month combined totals. Am going to have to try harder to keep my sweet/carb tooth in check.
I NEED to get this weight under control. I NEED to wear the clothes I have and not have to buy a whole new wardrobe! I like my clothes :(
Just wanted to get it out there that I haven't weighed in lately because I am too embarrassed! I will kick this! I will lose weight...I will be healthy!
