I'll be getting a digital food scale, tomorrow, and that will improve my ability to make more accurate entries into my food diary. I've been pretty consistent about it already, but this will be better. I've also added a bunch of great LC recipes to my Cook Book, to make it easier to keep the variety flowing, in my meal plans.
