Doing incredible at not drinking and hitting the gym... Not doing incredible at diet control. Not eating particularly unhealthy but I'm in a struggle for the first time in my life of being hungry allllll the time. Wondering if maybe this is a replacement addiction for the alcohol. Of course with the addition of weight lifting I'm sure my metabolism is speeding up and I will need more food. Noticing body changes - hoping to gain muscle and lean down - not sure if my weight goals are realistic but I'm trying to not focus so much on the scale. Last night I went through clothes from my much smaller days and gave up on some unrealistic sized jeans... wasn't very fun - but I went on the scale to snap back to reality because I felt like a T-Rex by the time I finished donating my teeny weenies. I just need to keep going. Trust the process.
