so far so good, this is day 3 for me. I notice that I usually get craving between the hours of noon and 5pm, this is the munchy time for me. I walk the dog this morning for about 25 minutes. I have been drinking plenty of water. I try to drink it before 6pm so i want be breaking my sleep. I'm on track so far even though my weigh in is on Monday.
