After a short blip I'm back on track. Yesterday I survived on 2 huel shakes and some steamed Pak choi so 800 calories almost exactly.Ive been trying on my summer clothes which I've had for years. They never wear out..I'm in the north east of Scotland. My favourite jeans are now so loose I can pull them off without undoing the button or zip. I've even started taking the dog for a jog not a walk. It feels good. Hoping to reach target by my 55th birthday in August.
