Well this would be my third week of being the same weight. I'm not going to record it until I see some sort of change. I think Ive been very good! I thought at one point the standstill in weight loss was due to constipation, but I started taking a prebiotic, upping my water intake, drinking lemon juice and water and even having the odd bowl of prunes!!, That seemed to move things along nicely but still no weight loss!! grrrr
