I'm still here but have posted anything in a few day only bc I don't have anything note worthy to share. I'm the same like every one here.. inching by till the New Year. Still maintaining. Skimping in the diet department but not the gym. In fact I've upped my cardio since I got my fit bit. 10k a day most days, except Sunday of course. And I've upped the weight on some lifts by 5 lbs so feeling strong inside. Looking forward to the New Year, but for now, living the dream. I'm skimping like a few tamales here , a hot dog there but then ill have a healthy low carb meal and some fruit. Not a total loss but not my ideal way of eating for sure..I know I was talking smack about induction 2 weeks ago and I managed to make it 10 days then i realized "whom i kidding". I'm not giving up or in..just relaxing a bit and if I notice a gain, ill slow down again and once the new year hits, so will I!! BAM.. On a side note, finally started my shopping and I'm grateful to be able to afford nice gifts for everyone and a nice meal for my family. Even the pets got gifts this year. I am truly blessed..
