Back to 170. Had two tamales and coffee for breakfast. Celebrating the weightloss with a buffet trip later. This time I will take a pic of each and every dish.
As promised. The meal started with cream of broccoli soup and sweet cornbread. Unfortunately others beat me to the broccoli.
Followed by pinto beans, taco meat,grated cheese, a big glob of sour cream and pico de gallo.
Next was chicken, green beans,carrots, mashed potatoes with gravy and 2 hamburger style patties with gravy. The beans and carrots I did not finish.
Next plate was yankee pot roast,baked fish,sweet corn. The fish and sweet corn were not finished. The pot roast was about a third fat which I did not eat.
Last was a big bowl of the chocolate/vanilla swirled frozen yogurt. This I finished with gusto!
I also had black coffee and milk-chocolate and some regular.
Here is my blood sugar about 1 1/2 hours after finishing. An excellent number for me. Unfortunately my exercycle has bit the dust and the new one will not be at Walmart until Friday. There is a great chance that I might possibly gain and ounce or two tomorrow at the weigh in. Below is this morning's weigh in.
No more food today for me!
