Another kilo down, so happy and quite proud of myself. Food intake good and healthy and I'm keeping up with my exercise 😀 I have finally managed to get my husband to use this site. He needs to lose a lot of weight for health reasons and especially as he has surgery plans in the future. He is struggling with logging in all the food he eats during a day but it is highlighting how much he eats and where the calories are which has been a real eye opener for him. So all good and positive here even if we both do have a long journey ahead. Happy Easter everyone
