Thanks for that Windy Day, but I didn’t think I was going to get a messed up ankle in the process. But I’m back to doing the same as last week. I have taken 25,000+ steps today and 10.5 miles in total. Yes the ankle is smarting again, I see my primary dr on the 5th of April so I’m going to tough it out till then.

Would an ankle brace help you think? I broke my ankle couple years back and was laid up for weeks. It was rough. Had to wear a boot and crutches when I finally went back to work. Take care of it!

Windy Day; honestly don’t know, I have an appointment 4/5/2024. Will see what he says; however I’m cutting my walk miles down from 10-11 miles to 6-7 miles, and go to gym 3-4 times a week.
