You're earned a bit of a break I'd say. Have a great day, Rob

Hope your day went well. It's good to take a break when you want. You've been doing so well.

@jenjabba, there is an issue with my right ankle that has forced me to take a break, plus I had drs appointments today and they lasted longer than expected. Yesterday I barely finished a 3 mile walk before my ankle gave out again on me. I’ll try to get back to it tomorrow; but today I needed to recover from last week.

That's good Rob. Let that ankle heal! I've been on a dang break for over a year because of plantar faciatis and a heart rhythm thing. I get about 2 miles a day. I wish i could do more like you.

@jenjabba, today I’ve only done 1.7 miles and that was cause I was at the clinics this morning and so far only 2 minutes of exercise. I’m going to try and see if I can get 15 minutes on it or I may not even bother today.

Update to my previous journal entry; last week I averaged 23,000+ steps; 10 miles average per day; 168 minutes of exercise; 1845 active calories burned. That is one reason why I took a recovery day. The other reasons were mentioned in my earlier journal entry this morning. Have managed to equal the calories I took in to what I’ve burned today. So thanks to all of you for being understanding on this and hope all of you had a great day and better evening.
