Lost 1.7 lbs, waistline hasn't changed. That's OK with me, since I am able to fit again in old clothes that didn't fit anymore, and my size 14 jeans have become a bit loose. Finally going into my Pro Energy protocol's transition phase (50 to 55 g of carbs, max 2 fruits/day, 1 starchy carb allowed per week). If I don't gain weight next week, hopefully I can start maintenance as early as Christmas. We'll see.
