Today is so much better. I refrained from posting that I may just starve to death about 6 different times yesterday. 2 - 2:30 is the worst for some reason. I also made low carb pancakes last night and had two for breakfast w/a tbsp of cream cheese. So much better than egg salad right now. It's 11 and I haven't contemplated the end of any coworkers or anything just yet. =D WIN! Picked up some almonds for my afternoon snack which was a tremendous help the last time I got hard core on Keto.
