Forgot to do a journal entry for 11-30:
Started out the day with a serving of steelcut oatmeal with honey added. Lunch was a large size Wendys chili and an apple. Dinner was a big cheese quesadilla along with frijoles from Alberto's.
Today, 12-1,had to get a sausage burrito and the oatmeal from McD's.Lunch was a banana and peanut butter sandwich on 12 grain bread washed down with a glass of whole milk. It is 5:21 pm and I am still not hungry, maybe due to the coffee that I am drinking, so don't know what I will have.
Yesterday was a no exercise day, today I did 30 minutes on the exercycle going 4.8 miles and burning 203.7 calories.
For your amusement or horror, here is the breakfast and the burrito I brought to my girlfriend while she was visiting her father at the convalescent hospital.
This is a
huge shredded beef, rice,beans and pico de gallo salsa inside burrito from Pepe's in Anaheim. She ate half and saved the rest. Before I began this weight loss thing, I used to routinely scarf one of these down along with a big order of french fries!
