Ok, help!
I have started to see a few old bad habits creeping in, and I am scared that I will go and ruin all my hard work over Christmas, you know how hard it is when you are trying to be good. Sometimes I wish Christmas was less about unconsciously scoffing junk food, and feverishly spending, more about remembering how lucky we are.

You're so right. There are a lot of temptations around. Stay strong, but not too strong! A few little treats are okay. I guess it's just down to the 'mindfulness' thing. Be armed, as well, know how many calories, carbs or whatever are in those tempting treats, then they won't look quite so tempting!
