I’ve been eating slightly bellow maintenance. I need to get a new scale because lately it weighs me with a 5kg difference depending on where I stand on it. One of the times I weighed myself today it measured 79,6KG but I think I should log the upper weight it gives me so I don’t get upset when I buy the new scale.
