Ok so I'm back to 90.6... Only 600 grams to be under 90 kgs. I was pretty good the last couple of days so maybe that goal is still in reach.

Hi Mamma lee! Today I weighed in at 90 kgs! It wasn't under but I will take it to be close enough! Trying to keep up my mojo - want to be 87.5 by end of this month (end of the year)... Today I had a big breakfast with my Godmother - 2 eggs with hollandaise, bacon and avocado... And after that, I haven't really wanted solid food. For dinner I had a couple of small pieces of broccoli and some lentil soup (just the broth - not actually the lentils) and I have no desire to eat. It is a good thing. I think the secret to losing weight too, is to get adequate sleep. I find that if I haven't slept at least 8 hours, I will weigh more the next day. It is absolutely bizarre. But keeping my head up and my spirits high - I can get to the next goal!!! You can do it too!!! Onwards, and downwards!
