Had an amazing turkey dinner with friends tonight. It was great. I did a good job of not eating to much but, eating enough to meet my calorie needs.

All in all, I would rate this, my first Thanksgiving after I've started my meal plans, as a decent to good success. One more holiday to get through and I'll be good to go.
