See yesterday's journal entry for the big breakfast. Below is a
giant sized bowlof my girlfriend's beef caldo, lots of vegetables including garbanzo beans and several big chunks, huge chunks, of very tender beef.
I ate that and went to bed early. I did not exercise. I am shocked that my weight stayed the same. Could the extra exercise the day before have extended a higher metabolic rate? I don't know.
