down ever so slightly. yes weight loss slowing down considerably. still feel pain in my low back. not terrible but nagging. still getting sick but not terribly sick. still overweight, but not obese.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
