Weight going up tomorrow.

Meeting a friend at Hometown Buffet to discuss the marketing of my new weightloss e-book on Amazon ;-)

Hope it doesn't skyrocket but will get on bike for longer to help tamp it down and avoid my faves like mashed potatoes etc. Sure fire way to blow a diet usually is a buffet and to entice a bus driver.

Well I had an oldfashioned blowout eating cream of broccoli soup,bowl of taco meat with ointo beans,cheese,sour cream and pico de gallo salsa, 4 pieces of chicken,1 piece of white fish, carrots,whole kernel corn,1 small beef patty and gravy,green beans,glass of milk,cup of black coffee and the coup de grace was the big bowl of chocolate pudding with a big spoon of whipped cream on top.

My 30 minutes on the bike burning 203.7 calories is just a drop in the bucket.

Had a plate of pork and rice then jumped back on exercycle for 30 more minutes burning another 203.6 calories. I know the scale will be up in the morning.
