Alright - my entry for the day was lost once - this is my second attempt and at least it will be more succinct.
I have weighed myself daily - just once - to ensure I was on track. I failed my self challenge to not weigh in until I was walking for 60 minutes each day but I allowed it because I wanted to make sure this self-planned diet was working. Anyway, today is day 9 and I am down 8lbs but I have stayed the same weight for 3 days. And that is ok.
I realized a basic concept that is hard for me - but I am doing it! We feel better about ourselves when we prioritize ourselves. I don't really do this but I am starting and I am really proud of myself and I am getting happier! (Didn't realize I was not as happy as I am becoming but yay for improvement)
Despite my neck injury flaring up at full force on Monday I am feeling good physically. The neck does not hurt when I walk - actually for the first time the pain actually went away while I was walking yesterday.
So I give this day a 10 - I will continue to follow my diet plan, continue to push myself to prioritize myself and continue to research keto and my best diet plan. I am wondering if I actually need more calories. I have used two apps and both recommended a higher calorie content but I have found eating my plan to be hard too. Maybe I can just add an avocado (240 Calories) and also increase my fat content. We shall see.
