I just ran a 14 minute mile. Which is total crap for a real runner. But I'm a walker. I've never run a whole mile without dropping into low gear for at least part of it. So for me, a 14 minute mile is a championship! And I don't feel tired, I feel like I COULD DO A COUPLE MORE!
