Well today was a success and a double entry for me... lots of water - green tea and fresh squeezed lemons in hot water. I came in under my RDI - which is set a little low for me... but this way I don't feel bad if I go over a little - which I didn't. Went for my run tonight and avoided alcohol again. Feeling tired but totally excited for the end of the week - I should definately be seeing some results if I keep it up. If I read this journal entry again... I need to remember I haven't been drinking any alcohol and been eating pretty good for the last three weeks... nothing happens overnight!! Congrats to me... See you in the AM!
