Dinner last night was Mexican fast food from Del Taco. One of their bean and cheese cups with the red sauce and 3 avocado slices mixed in. Plus a street vendor style chicken taco in a corn tortilla. Yummy!

The results are there this morning. Since I got back home Tuesday from the trip, I have dropped back to within 2/10 of a pound from the day I started out.

Now this was a fantastic brunch: pork carnitas, Mexican style pinto beans with eggs and onion, fried macho banana from the tree in the yard and a couple of corn tortillas(not shown.)The taste was to die for. Note that there is a lot of fat in this meal, good fat imo, and this meal with stay with you. I doubt that I will eat anymore today except a quick fast food like I had last night. See top of this page for those details. And I lost even more weight yesterday despite all that food.



Edit: 30 minutes, 4.9 miles and 210.2 calories on exercycle.
