After all that food yesterday I ended up doing two different exercycle rides, 30 minutes each, and that worked. My weight stayed the same. Today I go back to work driving a shuttle bus after having 9 straight days off.


For brunch, more of the beef and potatoes, along with half a plate of sauteed chayote.

Then 30 minutes on the exercycle for 5.1 miles burning 216.7 calories. Felt stronger today.

Rewarded myself or penalized, depends on how you look at it but dang, that fried blueberry pie tasted great!
