Well, I finally got on the scale this morning and it upset me very much....now I am defiantly ready to get back on track!!! No excuses, but it has been hard to deal with life in general lately, so eating has become my enemy again! Not that I have been eating a lot, just a lot of BAD things! I am 100% ready to dive back in head first and get the ball rolling again! I started Phase I over today with one mishap, but I am stoked to get the weight down again! I had a grapefruit, banana and smoothie for breakfast, did my veggies for my mid morning and then lunch I had a slice of ham, forgot to bring my lunch today so had to have what mom had in the fridge. I just got done with a fruit salad...so far so good I think...need to concentrate on drinking more water though...only had about 32 oz today...need more for sure! Going to do brown rice and sauteed veggies for dinner! I am ready to see results once again and reach my goal of 145!!! Can't wait to get there...I am going to do this make myself happy again! Love you Grams....RIP!!!
