17TH NOVEMBER; DAY AFTER MY BIRTHDAY. I am doing so badly. I lost 3 pounds, but didn't try hard to keep them off. I really do feel 62 and wonder where all my energy went.

well happy birthday. I am 62 and feel 22,some days. but it's all how we handle things. I know without Jesus I can't do anything. so grateful for all he does in my life. when you get back on board your energy will come back. God bless.
