Yessssss!!!!! For 2 months I was struggling to get below 164 and yo-yo ing between 164 and 167. This is the smallest I’ve been now in years. The slow and steady really won the race. I lowered my caloric deficit by 100 more calories each day of the week and remained consistent making sure I ate a snack from 8am, 12pm and 2pm to keep my metabolism going and energy up and then had dinner within my deficit and it paid off!! I also started counting calories before I even finished the plate when I was suspicious if I would go over and sure enough spared myself 100s of overeaten calories. This was my weight with my clothes off. I think I’m going to lower my caloric deficit by 100 more calories this week to drop this weight. My stomach is finally being eaten too after 4 months. Yay!! I am so happy to finally cross over. 😊 Here’s to 162 next week!
