Actually back on track, not just pretend and make appropriate noises and then put food in the too hard basket. Sprained wrist, rolled ankle its been a week of injury but I just have to keep reminding myself bodies are made in the kitchen not the gym. Right I'm off to do chores at Granddads! Have a good weekend everyone, good luck with those dragons xx

Bodies are made in the kitchen, not the gym - I love that! We all know 90% of our success is what goes in the mouth and the gym pushed the metabolism!
