tive bebe a 1 ano e na o conseguir perder o peso adquirido.😣 pelo contrario acho por estresse me ansiedade. fiz foi engordar mais.Mas vou conseguir bora pra cima 🚀

tambem tive bebe ha um ano e aumentei de peso, foi um dos anos mais difíceis da minha vida. Mas não adianta olhar pra trás,o jeito é seguir em frente, ter mais carinho consigo mesma e se cuidar.
