Today I ate exactly how I'd love to eat every day after losing weight. Chicken with lots of veggies and rice, Soy oats with hot raspberries, yoghurt and a wonderful mug brownie. Today was a perfectly balanced day food wise. These are the little successes that give me hope that I can defeat my binge eating :)
