For over a decade my weight was in the 220's, now for the last month it has been in the 170's. That may be in danger after the fantastic meal that I just had: 2 servings spinach, 3 fried eggs, 1 large chicken breast and 3 corn tortillas. So I plan to hop on that exercise bike as soon as I finish this journal entry for at least 250 calories burned. No riding yesterday so I am due.
My job as a bus driver for the last 10 years along with my love of eating, especially sugary items and junk fast food, led me to where I was 6 months ago.Now that I am right at 60 pounds lighter, the habit is ingrained, eat and then exercise right after.
So hopefully, I won't jump up in weight tomorrow morning!
Rode bike 45 minutes,7.2 miles and 303.3 calories burned.

Broke down and had another McDonald's fried blueberry pie. Also had a fish taco for dinner.
My lowest weight in many decades and the lowest during this weight loss journey, goal of 170 or below in sight.
