Finally!!!! After a month and a half of recording what I eat etc, I've finally dropped 2 pounds. It's not a lot but it's a start. I was thinking there was something wrong with my scale,lol. Back from the gym. It was arm day, uggggg. Did some cardio as well. Went to Popeye's and bought some awesome protein powder from an awesome guy!! I'm happy today.
