Still overdoing meals, but I feel better that lunch today was more reasonable and I haven't been snacking today outside of meals. I wonder if that is because the lower carb breakfast and the higher fiber bread in my PBJ that I had for lunch. I still wish that the calorie breakdown were more on the protein side than the fat side. I don't want to have too much dietary fat.
