Surprised that I only went up a pound considering two good sized meals and a whole lot of grazing, including about 8 honey dates, 2 apples and a handful of walnuts.
I did ride the bike though last night which helped stem the pound rise possibly.
31 minutes, 4.8 miles and 203.6 calories burned off.
Started the day with a serving of steelcut oats with butter, raisins and some honey added. Finished the day with a plate of chicken along with chayote, potato and bell peppers, a caldo as my girlfriend calls it. Also 2 corn tortillas and an apple.
I am quite sure my weight will go down in the morning.
