So, I visited my twin brother this weekend and it was the first time in many years we've actually spent time just the two of us together. It was so fun! We kayaked Point Loma on Saturday and cooked healthy food together....but then....it happened...he bought red wine and chocolate....wait? what?!!? Oh Yes He Did. So since Friday I've lost only half a pound, BUT I made him go to Church (CSL) with me on Sunday. And...wait? what?!!? He actually liked it! Mr. Catholic in a New Age church and he liked it!!! (doing the victory lap:) And so it is.
