The battle is on! I am determined to finally get those last two pounds off.
My girlfriend is assisting me in this battle. Check out my brunch this morning. 4 fried eggs, about 7 slices of thick cut bacon and a Mexican squash cut up and sauteed in Kerrygold unsalted butter! And by a quick mental count, around 900 or so calories only and guaranteed not to spike my blood sugar. Did I mention that this meal tastes great and the fat will make you feel full for a long time?
Without my girlfriend's help, this weight loss would sure be a lot tougher.
