Even though not feeling up to par, still managed to get 4.7 miles walking today; that’s almost 12,500 steps. I’m here for the long haul I’m a food addict, guessing it stems from cooking food since the age of 13. I was a trained chef for many years till 2020 when I started having vision issues. Not making excuses for my weight issues.
