So I didn't drink last night - I didn't go out because I knew I wouldn't be able to resist. I think it is the first Halloween in probably 10 years I haven't woken up throwing up... Day 8 no drinking - Day 3 No caffeine. I have to say despite some stresses I slept so much better. I don't lie awake for hours. The next addiction I'm cutting down on is my phone use. Today I woke up feeling like I might even go to the gym - going to go see Dad and get him up for a walk and a visit - he needs it. I put on workout gear ha so lets see how it goes. I work at 3pm - Sunday shift.
But I'm not hung over so its NOOOO big deal. Feeling proud
ps I ate candy all day yesterday and don't care. Happy Halloween :)
