sonnymac's Journal, 01 Nov 15

As I wrote in my ebook, you never can figure out sometimes why your weight can go up or down a lot from day to day. I am down this morning to my lowest weight since my late 30's, I am 61 now.

Of course, I photo'd the scale sitting on 2 separate locations to verify that my Eatsmart scale was on a level spot. Even I thought my eyes were lying to me.

The algo's on this site don't believe it either, see previous journal entries and you'll know what I am talking about. That's okay, I still highly recommend this site to readers of my forthcoming scribblings.

That brings me to my dilemma(yes that is the correct spelling.)

The ebook is ready, proofed to the best of my limited abilities. The problem is that I am having great difficulty learning my new writer's program, Scrivener, in particular, setting it up so that I can transfer over the manuscript to be then converted into the ebook publishing format for upload to Amazon and beyond.

If there are any Scrivener aficionados here with any ideas could you contact me, or if anyone knows of a reasonably priced freelancer that could handle the whole conversion etc, that would be perfect.

You never know, there might be an ebook writer reading this with a simple tip that could get the process jump started. I made the big mistake of asking for help on a writer's forum on Craigslist, don't go looking for help there, trust me.

Here are the obligatory toe pics of the weigh in this morning. And btw, yesterday I had a rerun of the brunch the day before and a fish taco for dinner, that's it for yesterday, plus no exercise bike riding either.

Further edits later with possible food glamour shots guaranteed to get the salivary glands pumping overtime!

Edit: 2 big pork chops with apple, red onion, refried beans and calabasas sauteed. I can believe that I ate the whole thing! Now bike time!

Rode bike 35 minues, 6 miles with 251.2 calories burned.
