Have got to learn more about being in tune with serving up smaller portions. "I ate too much for tea" ooooh.

hey hey are you doing the pro points or old points system? I am doing the old points and have just dropped to 24 points a day i don't go to any meeting or anything but i do weigh my food and count the points, so far it has been working for me, i look forward to reading your journals xx

I was doing the old points system then I changed to the new pro points but I find it too hard.... so I'm currently blobbing along. I ate some beans for tea but didn't realise how many pts it was so blew out in one easy meal.... really cranky with myself for not checking. lesson learned.
