Really felt a lot of water weight leave my body over the last couple of days. Sticking to my plan of eating no more than 50g of net carbs daily, but finding that at the end of the day I am not really eating my calorie goal because I'm just not hungry. I have no desire to get into the Halloween candy at all! Last year I was snitching it already.

Very nice drop! I, too, have a had time eating enough calories when I take out sugar, flour, grains and other starchy carbs. I get so full, so easily because of all the vegetables. I also can't eat much dairy because of allergies. I only do that 2-4 days/week because I don't want to slow down my metabolism. It seems to be working for us both.
