Finally managing my steps again, back has improved a lot. Still cannot sit for very long but I can walk a lot. Made my 15,000 steps yesterday and will today too! 15,000 steps is roughly 500-600 calories burned my average is between 1800-2000 calories total burned a day. And my target for consumption is 1500. So hopefully I didn’t gain too much while I was bed ridden for 5 days! We will see soon! I’m too scared to look!
