Well shoot i'm just about out of salad - need to replenish the veggies (raw and cooked).
I opted to make dinner heavy on the rice n beans because i'm hungry. And the rest of the salad greens i do have will be eaten tomorrow for lunch by my daughter and me.
Eating slices of gala apple after that meal was so satisfying it should be illegal. ;]
I am not going to be able to keep up the food journal part for too much longer...primarily because it's tough to measure out and record everything - it takes way too much of my time. I have better things to worry about than logging my food choices.
Besides, with a margin of error at + or - 10% it's only an estimate; and the fact that i am a 46-year old woman with an amazing capacity for fat storage it may mean that i need to dial back on the starch and dial up on the yellow and green vegetables. Time will tell. If i find the weight hasn't moved this week then i will know the answer.
